Mirror on tile: why the layout must be agreed in advance
New holes in bathroom tiles are visible, so mirror height and hanging points should be settled before drilling.
What to check
Tile is only the surface layer; the substrate and possible concealed services also matter. Moving a mirror later is harder to conceal than on a painted wall.
Preparation and next steps
Send the whole wall, mirror dimensions and weight, rear fixings and any service layout. Agree the position before installation. Filling old tile holes is not automatically included. Tile patterns alone should not determine drill locations.
