Heavy chandelier: what to assess besides the electrical point
A new chandelier weighs far more than the old one. A wire and existing hook do not establish suitable support.
What to check
Check weight, substrate, the supplied mounting plate and suspension length. Decorative assembly can add time. Electrical connection requires a licensed electrician; the mechanical fixing must suit the product.

Send instructions, weight, ceiling height and a safe photo of the existing point without opening wiring. Agree removal and decorative assembly as part of the scope. Do not reuse an old suspension without checking its purpose and condition.
