Which photos should you send for a clear estimate
A message saying “hang a shelf” does not show the wall, dimensions or access.
What to check
A wide photo shows obstacles; close-ups show fixings and damage. A package label identifies the model. A shop photo alone cannot show pipes, cupboards or ceiling height in your apartment.
Preparation and next steps
Send a wide view, close-ups and the supplied parts, plus quantity, dimensions and city. Say if the wall material is unknown: photos cannot always identify it. Do not include documents or personal details unrelated to the work.
