Five small jobs or one large order: how to prepare a task list
A loose handle, coat rack, mirror and cabinet adjustment may fit into one visit, but the number of jobs alone does not set the price.
What to check
Two shelves on different wall types need different preparation. Fitting an available handle differs from finding a compatible replacement. Describe the intended result and access for each item.

Number each task, attach its photo and identify priorities and spare parts. Agree whether other jobs should continue if something is missing. An extra “small job” is not automatically included in the original time or estimate.
