Heavy metal shelving: assembly and anchoring are different jobs
A metal rack is assembled and now needs to be “attached to the ceiling”. That does not explain the load the attachment must carry.
What to check
Determine whether it stands on the floor or is suspended, how supports carry forces and whether the manufacturer permits the arrangement. Anti-tip fixing cannot be assumed to support the entire mass.
Preparation and next steps
Send weight, dimensions, technical documentation and floor and ceiling photos. Inspection or additional technical design may be needed. Do not alter the original supports or drill random frame holes before agreement.
